Zhejiang Zhengbang Power Electronics Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer which specializing in the production and salesof power semiconductor chips. Our company entered into producing power semiconductor chips in 2001 and now it has becomeone of the largest power semiconductor chips manufacturer and it is also qualified and approved supplier by the famous domesticcompanies as well as international companies. Our main products are diodes and thyristors. There are more than 80 types of chips for modules.
